Snow Goose Migration at Middle Creek

Each year, tens of thousands of migrating snow geese, tundra swans, and Canadian geese make a stopover at Middle Creek Wildlife Management Area.

Traversing the historic route of the Reading Railroad, the Lebanon Valley Rail Trail connects the city of Lebanon south to the Lancaster County line. We rode from the Cornwall Trailhead south of Lebanon to the charming community of Mt. Gretna.
D&L Trail
Date of Visit: October 11, 2025
One of the longest, most storied trails in Pennsylvania, the D&L Trail follows the former Delaware & Lehigh Canal from Carbon County to Philadelphia. We rode a short piece from Weissport to Jim Thorpe for the annual Fall Foliage Festival.
